Adding an IDE hard disk drive
Press the latches on the sides of the drive carrier, then slide the

carrier out of the server chassis.
CAUTION: When removing the drive carrier, be careful not to
tangle system cables or touch the memory board.

Remove the 3.5-inch shield cover from the drive carrier and
store it in a secure place.

Loosen the eight screws that secure the FDD and HDD to the
drive carrier. There are four screws on each side.
