5.11.4 DISMANTLE ENGINE SHAFT
WARNING:
Take note of the position of the elements for correct
re-mounting.
The following procedure must be applied to all the connecting
rods mounted on the engine shaft.
Unscrew and remove screws (1).
Remove the connecting rod (2) from the engine shaft (3).
5.11.5 CHECK CASING
Check the presence of any breaks on the upper and lower
casing, eventually changing the casings, always coupled.
Check the free rotation of the ball-bearings, changing them if
necessary.
