5.8.16 ADJUSTMENT PHASE
Unscrew the locknut (1). Use an Allen wrench to make the
disk pusher touch the clutch lever pin.
Then unscrew 1/4 of a turn (check that there is a minimum of
play in the clutch lever).
At this point block the nut (1), and check, tapping slightly on
the disk pusher pin with a rubber hammer, whether play remains
between the elastic ring and the ball-bearing.
Use the same procedure for subsituting the clutch with a new
one, unscrewing the disk pusher pin, in this case, however, 1/
2 a turn.

GEARS
5.9.1 REMOVE GEARS
Remove the primary assembly (see "REMOVE PRIMARY
TRANSMISION").
WARNING:
Before removing the gears, remove the neutral
sensor at the back of the engine.
Loosen and remove the nine fixing screws (1) and remove the
gears (2).
5.9.2 DISMANTLE GEARS
Position the gears on a support.
Loosen and remove the three screws (3) and remove the gear
command cover (4).
