To gain access to the electronics compartment, proceed as follows:
• Turn off the power and remove the power cord.
• Disconnect all interface cables at the printer's rear plate.
• Open the front and user covers.
• Remove the Posidrive screw at the rear of the media compart-
ment.
• Remove the Posidrive screw in the recess for the bar code wand
interface.
• Pull out the cover, taking care not to damage the wire-locks on
the Centronics connector on the printer's rear plate.
