Using the Account Option

Use the Account option to change the username and password.
Steps
To reset the DVW32CB's username and password:
1. Click Status from the main menu.
2. Click Account from the left side menu. Field descriptions are listed below the screen

Using the Diagnostics Option

Use the Diagnostics option to test network connectivity. Two utilities are available: Ping
and Traceroute.

Displays when the cable modem's certificate expires.
Displays the current system time.
