Operating the helicopter is approved, out of icing conditions, for:
-Day VFR flight

-Night VFR flight when: -modification 350AO8-3929 or modification 350AO7-2839
or modification 072810 has been applied, and
-the required equipment are installed and serviceable, and
-provided such operation is permitted by the flight regulation
country concerned.
