3 INFLUENCE OF OPTIONAL EOUIPMENT ITEMS ON PERFORMANCE DATA -
Where several optional equipment items are used simultaneously, the
~ basic performance data must be reduced by the value corresponding to
the influence of each optional item.
3.1 ReQulatory performance data
-Take-off weights
When the installation of an optional equipment item modifies the take-
off weights specified in the basic Flight Manual, the new take-off
weights are provided by new charts or a penalty relative to the basic
flight performance.
-Rates of climb
When.the rates of climb are mo~ified, the r~leva~t Supplement either

provldes a new chart or prescrlbes a reductlon wlth respect to the
basic performance.
3.2 Additional performance data
-The reduced performance data are given in SECTION 10.
