power tools may result in serious personal

c} Preventunintentionalstarting. Ensurethe
switchisinthe off-position before connecting
to powersource and/orbatterypack, p icking
upor carryingthe tool.
Carryingpower tools with your finger on the
switch or energising power tools that have
the switch on invites accidents.
d) Remove any adjustingkeyor wrenchbefore
turningthe powertool on.
A wrench or a key left attachedto a rotating
part of the power tool may result in personal
injury.
e} Do not overreach. K eepproperfooting and
balance at alltimes.

used.

hazards.
Powertool useandcare
a) Donot forcethe powertool. Usethe correct
powertool foryourapplication.
The correct power tool will do the job better
andsaferatthe rateforwhich it wasdesigned.
b) Donotusethe powertool if the switchdoes
notturn it on andoff.
Any power tool that cannot becontrolledwith
the switchisdangerousandmust berepaired.
c} Disconnect the plugfrom the powersource
and/orthe batterypackfromthe powertool
beforemaking any adjustments,changing
accessories, or storingpowertools.
Suchpreventivesafety measuresreducethe
risk of starting the power tool accidentally.
d) Store idle power tools out of the reachof
children anddo not allowpersons unfamiliar
with the powertool or theseinstructions t o
operatethe powertool.
Power tools are dangerous in the hands of
untrainedusers.
e) Maintain power tools. Check for
misalignmentor bindingof moving parts,
breakageof partsand any other condition
that may affectthe powertool's operation.

5} Batterytool useandcare
a) Recharge onlywith the chargerspecified by
the manufacturer.
A charger that is suitable for one type of
battery pack may create a risk of fire when
usedwith another battery pack.
b) Use power tools only with specifically
designated batterypacks.
Useof any other battery packs may createa
risk of injury andfire.
c} Whenbatterypackisnotin use,keepit away
from other metal objects like paper clips,
coins, keys, nails, screws,or other small
metal objects,that can make a connection
from oneterminalto another.
Shorting the batteryterminals together may
causeburns or afire.
d) Under abusive conditions, liquid may be
ejectedfrom the battery;avoid contact.If
contactaccidentally o ccurs, flushwithwater.
If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek
medicalhelp.Liquid ejectedfrom the battery
may causeirritation or burns.
6} Service
a) Haveyourpowertool serviced bya qualified
repair person using only identical
replacement p arts.
This will ensurethat the safety of the power
tool is maintained.
