REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
METHOD
OF BATTERY
1. Battery removal
Hold the handle tightly and push the battery latch to
remove the battery (see Fig. 3).

CAUTION
Never short-circuit
thebattery.
2. Battery installation
Insert the batterywhile observing its polarities (see
Fig.3).

CHARGING METHOD
NOTE:
Before plugging into the receptacle,makesure the
following points.
O The power
source
voltage
is stated
on the
nameplate.
© The cord is not damaged.

WARNING:
Donotchargeat voltagehigherthanindicated on
the nameplate.
If charged at voltagehigherthan indicated onthe
nameplate, t he chargerwill burnout.
1. Connect the charger's power cord to a receptacle.
When the power cord is connected, the charger's
pilot lamp will blink in red. (At 1-secondintervals)
Do not use the electrical cord if
damaged.
Have
it
repaired
immediately.
2. Insertthe battery into the charger.
Firmly insert the battery into the charger until the
line is visible, as shown in Fig.4, 5.

3. Charging
Whenthe batteryisconnectedto the batterycharger,
chargingwill commenceandthe pilot lampwill light
in red. (SeeTable 2)
NOTE:
Ifthe pilot lamp flikers in red, pull out the plug from
the receptacle and check if the battery is properly
mounted.
When the batteryisfully charged,the pilot lampwill
blinkin redslowly. (At 1-second intervals)(SeeTable
2)
