you may use the timer to set the baking time.
Lower and upper heater turned on – conven-
tional baking
Both heaters deliver heat to the oven. Dishes should
be placed on one level of the oven, preferably the
middle one. This kind of heating is ideal for cooking
cakes, meat, fish, bread, pizza, etc.
Traditional baking with heat evenly distri-
buted by the fan
The fan circulates hot air around the dish which is
being prepared in the oven. This function
requires temperatures lower than in traditional ba-
king methods.

Grilling with the roasting-spit

The upper heater delivers heat to the upper sur-
face of the dish which is slowly rotated on the
spit.
After selecting
the roasting-spit drive are turned on. If the ro-
asting-spit is not necessary, do not install it and
instead place the dish on the oven upper level
on the grid or tray to grill traditionally.

Traditional grilling

This faction is intended for grilling small size
dishes (steaks, kebabs, sausages, fish, toasts,
krouts, etc.)
The dish should be placed on a baking tray or a
roasting spit on the middle level of the oven.
The grilling time is assumed approximately 8 -
10 minutes per each centimeter of thickness.
Before starting to grill your dish, pre-heat the
oven at a maximum temperature. At half grilling
time, turn the dish upside down.
When grilling meat on a roasting-spit, place a
drip tray filled with ca. 0.5 l of water under the
grilled dish on a lower level of the oven.
Grilling with the roasting-spit
Roasting-spit is used for rotary grilling of poultry, sau-
sages, kebabs, etc.

When using the oven with the roasting-spit, follow
these instructions:
remove all unnecessary accessories from the
oven and mount the roasting-spit frame (6),
slide one fork (3) onto the spit (4) and thread the
meat on it; make sure the meat is placed symme-
trically along the spit (4),
slide the second fork in (3) and secure it in its po-
sition by tightening the screw (fig. 11.2.2, 11.2.3)
insert the pointed end of spit into the roasting-
spit drive (2), push it all the way in and rest the
other end of the spit on the frame (6),
slide a drip tray (5) in the oven on level [1], remo-
ve the handle (7) and close the oven door,
set the oven control knob to
the temperature and set the time of grilling (for
cookers fitted with a timer or electronic timer).
After grilling, screw the handle back into place and
remove the roasting spit from the oven. Remove the
screw on the fork, slide the fork off and remove the
food from the spit.
Grilling with the roasting-spit with heat even-
ly distributed by the fan
The upper heater, grill burner, roasting-spit drive
and the fan are turned on. The heat is evenly
distributed around the dish rotated on the spit,
thus ensuring faster grilling and better browning
of dish surface. This function is particularly suita-
ble for grilling large portions of meat.
Lower heater and fan turned on
Both the lower heater and the fan are on. The vent
distributes the heat delivered by the lower heater.
Turbo heater (circular heater and the fan tur-
ned on)
This function is particularly useful for cooking two
dishes of the same (or similar) kind at the same
time, placed on two different levels in the oven.
The two dishes should require similar cooking
temperatures. When cooking two dishes, re-
member to set the oven temperature slightly hi-
gher and the cooking time slightly longer than
recommended for baking a single dish only.
It is best to turn the pan back to front at the end
of baking.
Turbo heater and lower heater turned on
The heat is distributed evenly around the dish
which is additionally heated at the bottom by the
lower heater.
