Disassembly (Fig. 4)
1. Park vehicle on a level surface, shut engine off and
remove key from ignition switch.
2. For brake that is to be serviced, remove wheel from
vehicle (see Wheel Assembly Removal in this section).
Make sure that vehicle is supported with jack stands.

NOTE: Brake caliper can be removed from brake rotor
without removing brake line from caliper.
3. If brake caliper is to be removed from vehicle, thor-
oughly clean junction of brake line and caliper. Loosen
and remove brake line from caliper.
4. Remove two (2) flange head screws that secure cali-
per to machine. Slide caliper from brake rotor.
