5.5 Rotary Controller (output on)

When output is on, users can adjust the voltage by rotary. Press ◄ or ► key to
adjust the cursor position. Adjust the voltage by rotary. If users want to change
channel, just press "CH". This provides a convenient testing tool when users are
observing the variation of the voltage.
