[Scan to Authorized Folder Settings]

This setting is for the network scan, fax, and network fax operations. For details, refer to the [User's Guide
Network Scan/Fax/Network Fax Operations] and [User's Guide Network Administrator].
Configure whether to display the logout confirmation screen when you
press the Access key to log out.
Configure whether to manage the output of single color or 2 color as color
print or black print.
When managing it as black print, even a user who is restricted from per-
forming color print can perform single color or 2 color output.
