timers throttle spf
Description
The timers throttle spf command is used to configure the computing delay and
interval of the SPF, thus preventing the consumption of the CPU and memory
caused by frequent SPF computing. To restore to the default value, please use
the no timers throttle spf command.
Syntax
timers throttle spf spf-delay spf-holdtime
no timers throttle spf
Parameter
spf-delay—— The delay time of the SPF computing, ranging from 1 to 600
seconds. The default value is 5 seconds.
spf-holdtime —— The minimum interval between two SPF computings, ranging
from 1 to 600 seconds. The default value is 5 seconds.

Example
Configure the computing delay and interval of the SPF as 10 seconds:
T2700G-28TQ(config)# router ospf 1
T2700G-28TQ(config-router)# timers throttle spf 10 10
timers lsa arrival
Description
The timers lsa arrival command is used to configure the minimum interval time
of the same LSA instances. The same LSA instances will be discarded without
acknowledgement if their actual arriving interval is smaller than the configured
interval. To restore to the default value, please use the no timers lsa arrival
command.
