Trouble
The shutters on the
platen on the outer
side of the paper are
set to open.
The paper you are
using differs from the
paper set in the
Print quality for bar-
[Media Type].

Description
When the shutters on the platen on
the outer side of the paper are set
to open, air current may cause
printing trouble; outer edges of the
print result may become blurry.
Follow the instructions on the label
on the top of the printer, and set
the shutters on the platen.

Check the paper you are using and
the [Media Type] settings.

If the resolution for the printer and
print data do not match, barcodes
may not be printed correctly.
Match the resolution for the printer
and print data.
For TM-C3500, the resolution for print
data is set to 360 dpi for all [Print
Settings].
