12-3. Outdoor Unit

CAUTION

Never forget to put on the gloves at working time; otherwise
an injury will be caused by the parts etc.
1. Detachment
1) Stop operation of the air conditioner, and turn off the
switch of the breaker.
2) Remove the front panel.
(Hexagonal screw Ø4 × 10, 5 pcs.)
• After taking off screws, draw the front panel (2) to this
side and remove it while pulling the front panel
downward (1).
3) Remove the power supply cable and the indoor / outdoor
connecting wire from the cord clamp and the terminal.
4) Remove the upper cabinet.
(Hexagonal screw Ø4 × 10, 4 pcs.)
2. Attachment
1) Mount the upper cabinet.
(Hexagonal screw Ø4 × 10, 4 pcs.)
In this time, insert the fin guard at rear side between the
front panel and the heat exchanger (at rear side).
2) Connect the power supply cable and the indoor / outdoor
connecting wire to the terminal and then fix them with the
cord clamp.
3) Mount the front panel.
