3.4 . System Test
To execute the T4400SXC System Test select 1 from the Diagnostics Test Menu, press Enter
and follow the directions displayed on the screen. The system test contains two subtests that
test the ROM checksum and the Hardware Status of the T4400SXC. Typing 1, and pressing
Enter executes the ROM checksum test and typing 2, and pressing Enter executes the
HIW
status test.
Subtest 01 ROM checksum
The ROM checksum tests the T4400SXC's system board from address FOOOOh
- FFFFFh (64KB).
Subtest 02 HIW status
This test reads and displays the T4400SXC's hardware status as shown below:
