Configuring the VCS One Policy Master cluster

All nodes are configured to run the Policy Master from the Policy
Master cluster. The VCS One Policy Master cluster provides high
availability to the Policy Master. To configure the Policy Master
cluster, the following information is required:
Configuring all systems to create one cluster
Enter the unique cluster name: [?] vcsonepm_cluster
Enter the unique Cluster ID between 0-65535: [b,q,?] 12312
