6-26-13. SDI-94 Board
1. Remove the rear panel. (Refer to Section 2-7-4.)
2. Remove the SDI assembly. (Refer to Section 6-26-1.)
3. Remove the CN-2905 board.
(Refer to Section 6-26-3.)
4. Remove the two screws and remove the SDI-94 board.
5. Re-attach the parts in reverse order of the
disassembling procedure.

6-26-14. SE-521G Board

1. Remove the top panel. (Refer to Section 2-7-1.)
2. Remove the cassette compartment. (Refer to Section 2-8.)
3. Remove the TG1 arm assembly. (Refer to Section 6-12.)
4. Remove the loading motor assembly.
(Refer to Section 6-16.)
5. Remove the flexible card wire connected to the
connector (CN3) on the SE-521G board.
6. Remove the flexible card wire connected to the
connector (CN4) on the SE-521G board.
7. Remove the precision screw and remove the SE-521G

board.

8. Insert the hole and long hole on the SE-521G board
into the two shafts of the chassis and fix the board with
a precision screw.
Tightening torque : 0.1.Nm {1 kgf.cm}

SDI-94 board
Do not pinch the tip of the flexible card wire on the S
tension regulator assembly in between the SE-521G
board and the MD chassis.
Put the board under the claw of the warm holder.
9. Connect the flexible card wire to the connector (CN4)
on the SE-521G board.
10. Connect the flexible card wire on the S tension
regulator assembly to the connector (CN3) on the SE-
521G board.
11. Attach the loading motor assembly.
(Refer to Section 6-16.)
12. Attach the TG1 arm assembly. (Refer to Section 6-12.)
