5.1.2 Navigation Annunciation

The navigation annunciations listed in Table 23 must be installed in the Pilot's Field of view.
This may be accomplished in several ways. The following are acceptable:
Use Navigation Annunciation on an existing Primary Flight
Display or Horizontal Situation Indicator located in the
Pilot's primary field of view
If the IFD5XX is located within the acceptable field of view,
as shown in Figure 8, external annunciation is not needed
Install external annunciation lights in the acceptable field of
view, as shown in Figure 9.
