■ Paper jam in the ADF cover (Error code A3, etc)
User Check
• Check if the document is loaded into the ADF correctly.
• Check whether the document guide matches the document size.
• Check whether the document does not curl.

1 Separation roller worn out
2 Document feed roller failure
Cause

Remedy
Replace the separation roller ASSY.
Replace the document feed roller ASSY.
