3. Select "BMW Contact" and press the
controller.
4. Select "BMW Contact Numbers" and press
the controller.
5. Select one of the following menu items and
press the controller:
> "BMW Mobile Service"
>
"Customer Service"
> "Your BMW dealer"
6. Select "Call" and press the controller.
Contact is established.
Contacting the nearest BMW Service*
The navigation system can display details of the
BMW Service outlets in your vicinity. You can
call one of the BMW Service outlets or transfer
its address to your navigation system as a
destination.
1. Insert the navigation DVD if necessary.
2. Press the button.
The start menu is called up.
3. Move the controller forwards to call up
"Communication".

4. Select "BMW Contact" and press the
controller.
5. Select "Nearest BMW dealer" and press the
controller.
A list of BMW Service outlets in the vicinity
of your current position is displayed.
To call a BMW Service outlet:
1. Select the desired BMW Service and press
the controller.
2. Select "Call" and press the controller.
Voice contact is established with the BMW
Service outlet.
To adopt a BMW Service outlet as a destination
for the navigation system:
1. Select the desired BMW Service and press
the controller.
2. Select "Accept as destination" and press
the controller.
The BMW Service outlet is selected as the
destination and route guidance is started.
