4. Select "BMW Service" and press the
controller.
5. Select "BMW Mobile Service" and press
the controller.
If the car's position can be determined, the
details of its position are displayed.
6. Select "Start service" and press the con-
troller.
Contact with Mobile Service will be established.
Contacting BMW Service or the
BMW Hotline
You can contact your home BMW Service, e.g.
to arrange a service appointment.
For all information concerning your car, contact
the BMW hotline.
Your mobile phone must be logged on in the car
before you can do this.

The start menu is called up.
2. Move the controller forwards to call up
"Communication".

3. Select "BMW Contact" and press the
controller.
4. Select "BMW Contact Numbers" and press
the controller.
5. Select one of the following menu items and
press the controller:
> "Your BMW dealer"
>
"Customer Service"
6. Select "Call" and press the controller.
Contact with the desired BMW Service is estab-
lished.
Contacting the nearest BMW Service*
The navigation system can display details of the
BMW Service outlets in your vicinity. You can
call one of the BMW Service outlets or transfer
its address to your navigation system as a
destination.
Your mobile phone must be logged on in the car
before you can do this.
1. Insert the navigation DVD if necessary.
2. Press the button.
The start menu is called up.
3. Move the controller forwards to call up
"Communication".
