Local Diagnostics

The Local Diagnostic menu contains tools you can use to diagnose local
problems. This menu is for administrator use only.

Locating the MAC address

Examine your IP Phone 2007. The white label on the bottom left of the telephone
lists a series of numbers. The last number is the MAC address (similar to 00 60 38
XX XX XX). Record this address for future use. See
