Making a call using on-hook dialing

1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial the number.
3. To terminate the call, perform one of the following:
• Replace the handset into the cradle.
• Press the Goodbye key.
or
Note: You cannot end an emergency services call.
Emergency services calls are ended only by
emergency services personnel.
1. Leave the handset in the cradle.
2. Tap the line (DN) soft key.
3. After the dial tone sounds, dial the number.
4. When the called party answers, lift the handset.
5. To end the call, perform one of the following:
• Replace the handset into the cradle.
or • Press the Goodbye key.
Note: You cannot end an emergency services call.

emergency services personnel.
