Use CentreWare Internet Services to Set Up a Public Address Book
NOTE: If you do not wish to set up the public address book feature, proceed to the next
section.
1. In Services>Internet Messaging, select Public Address Book.
2. Click Browse and locate the CSV file (listed in item 12 in the "Installation Information"
section earlier in this document) to use for the public address book.
3. Select the CSV file and click Open.
4. Click Import Now.
5. When prompted, enter admin (lower case) in the User Name field. Enter 1111 or the
current password in the Password field and click OK.
NOTE: You cannot import a CSV file with a blank name or email field.
6. To identify which headings in your CSV file contain the name and addresses to use in
the public address book, select Map Existing Address Book.
