Push the MENU knob.
The t mark appears to the left of the currently selected item and
the z mark appears to the left of the setting.

Turn the MENU knob to move the t mark to LOOP/INTVAL
REC.

Push the MENU knob.
The t mark to the left of LOOP/INTVAL REC changes to the z
mark and the z mark to the left of the setting changes to the ? mark.
