Using this machine's control panel
The settings for the "POP3 Server", "POP3 Login Name", "POP3
Password", and "Mail Check" parameters can also be entered from this
machine's control panel.

On this machine's control panel, press the [Utility] key, touch [Admin.
Mode], and then enter the administrator access code.

Touch [Network Setting], [E-Mail/Internet], then [Receive].
