7.4.3 Alarm Properties
The operation of the alarms can be defined and the audible alarm buzzer can be
enabled or disabled.

Any camera, preset, and timer can be selected for each alarm. The camera
number range is from 1 to the maximum number of cameras connected to the
MaxCom Gold. The preset range is from 0 to 127. The timer range is 0 to 255
(seconds). If the alarm time = 0, then the alarm will be active only for the
duration of the active alarm input. This option can be used, for example, with
sensors that have built in alarm timers.
Relay - This option allows a camera head relay output to be triggered on an
incoming alarm to the MaxCom. Options are camera, followed by relay number -
for instance an entry of 03-01 with trigger relay 1 on camera 3.
