7.1.3 Tours

A tour is a series of presets stored in memory that can be started by an operator causing
the RapidDome to travel to the defined presets automatically. Up to four (4) tours
(numbered 1 – 4) can be defined for each RapidDome.
a. From the camera menu, press 3 to access
the tour menu.
b. Select the camera by pressing the
number buttons that correspond to the
camera (1-16) then press the camera
button.
c. Select the tour number by pressing the
number buttons that correspond to the
tour (1-4), then press the aux button to
edit.
d. If an "END OF TOUR" is present and you want the tour to extend past the current
ending, press the aux button to clear the current end (whilst the cursor is on that
step).
e. Using the joystick (up, down, left or right), position the highlight on the desired field
to be changed, then enter the desired setting in the field.
The preset field range is 0-127.
The dwell range is 1-254 seconds.
The speed range is 1 (1°) to 100 (100°)/seconds.

lines below those displayed. If an operator moves down, an up arrow will be
displayed to the right of the first step to show there are more lines above those
displayed.

end of the tour whilst on the next step after the last step in the tour.
