3.1 SYSTEMS WITH MORE THAN ONE KEYBOARD, CONTINUED
4. If one operator is controlling a camera and a second operator starts to program a
sector zone for the camera, the "CAMERA IN USE" message is displayed on the
monitor the first operator is controlling, a long error beep is produced at the
keyboard, and the first operator loses control of the camera. The message remains
on the screen until the second operator has finished programming the sector zone.
5. If the MaxCom is in alarm mode (i.e. there is an active alarm input on the system)
and the operator controlling Monitor 2 (the non-alarm monitor) is controlling the
same camera on control Monitor 1 (alarm monitor). The operator controlling Monitor
1 has priority over the operator controlling Monitor 2. If the operator controlling
Monitor 1 sends telemetry commands to the camera, the "CAMERA IN USE"
message is displayed on Monitor 2 and a long error beep is produced at the
keyboard. The message remains on the screen until the operator controlling
Monitor 1 stops controlling the camera and does not send any telemetry commands
for 5 seconds.
Note: If the operator selects another camera, the "camera in use" message is removed

3.1.2 Programming Mimic Tours

Two operators cannot program a "mimic" tour at the same time even on different
cameras. Refer to section 6.1 for programming mimic tours. If one operator is
programming a "mimic" tour into a camera and a second operator tries to access the
"mimic" menu, the "LEARN IN USE" message is displayed on the control monitor of the
second operator and a long error beep is produced at the keyboard. The message
remains on the screen until the first operator ends the programming session.
