7.1.7 Remote Reset

The remote reset enables you to reset a RapidDome from the MaxCom keyboard, i.e.
you can reset the camera without having to physically unplug it, or turn the power off
then on again for a particular camera.
Note: You will not be allowed to choose a different reset option after performing a reset
or leave the menu for approximately 10 seconds.
The remote reset feature is accessed from the camera menu.
From the camera menu, press 7.
There are three reset modes.
1. Power-Up Reset
The power-up reset allows you to reset the
RapidDome receiver and camera without the
loss of any programmed options, i.e. preset,
tours, etc. Once the camera has reinitialized
after a power-up reset, it returns to its previous
pan and tilt positions, zoom, iris, and focus
settings prior to the power-up reset being
executed.

anti-clockwise direction, towards the left end, then you will create a big Sector
Zone.
Each of the sixteen Sector Zones has a priority. Sector Zone 1 has the highest

overlap, the higher priority Sector Zone is displayed.
