Cleaning the Q1011 sensor and mirror

Follow this procedure when directed by the Xerox Customer Support
Center personnel.
Step 1. Open the right and left doors of the printer and locate the Q1011
sensor (see figure 10-16).

Step 2. Apply a small amount of lens and mirror cleaner to a cleaning pad.
Step 3. Wipe the sensor and mirror gently with the cleaning pad (see figure
10-17).

Step 4. Close the printer doors.
