ROTISSERIE BURNER TROUBLESHOOTING

WARNING: Before attempting any troubleshooting steps, all gas controls and supply valves should be in
the OFF position.
Problem
Burner does not light.
Burner does not light, or flame is low in
HIGH position.
If problems cannot be corrected by using these methods, please contact Customer Service toll

Check
Did you hold the burner control
knob down for 10 seconds after
burner ignited?
Is the igniter sparking?
Is gas supply on?
Were the gas lines purged
(air removed)?

Cure
Try to relight burner by
holding burner control knob
down and continue holding
down for 10 seconds after
burner has ignited.
Replace battery in igniter
button module.
Turn on gas supply.
Purge the gas lines.
