6. Install one of the mounting screws through the mounting holes in the rim and
mounting tab.
7. While carefully holding the tire and rim strip to one side, hold the mounting screw
and securely tighten the locknut that secure the handrim to the rim.
8. Repeat STEPS 6‐7 for the remaining mounting screws and locknuts.
DO NOT inflate tire until handrim is completely assembled.
9. Inflate the tire to the correct psi rating on the sidewall of the tire.
10. Reinstall the rear wheel onto the wheelchair. Refer to Removing/Installing Rear
Wheels on page 67.
11. Repeat STEPS 1‐10 for the opposite rear wheel if necessary.
