Upgrading to an MSO or adding memory depth

A license can be installed to activate the digital channels of an
oscilloscope that was not originally ordered as a mixed-signal
oscilloscope (MSO). A mixed signal oscilloscope has analog
channels plus 16 time-correlated digital timing channels.
A license can also be installed to increase the memory depth of
an oscilloscope that was not originally ordered with the
maximum memory depth available.
