create a finished appearance that resembles a hand-sewn buttonhole.
Sequence of buttonholing is same
as standard buttonholes.
Select buttonholing pattern
and press
pictogram.
pictogram will be
shown in reverse
* For purl stitching, you may need to set
thread tension slightly lower than that for
standard buttonholes.

Hook cord at

Hook cord at top of underside of buttonhole
foot and bring down both ends of the cord and
hook them into the two slits at the lower end
of the buttonhole foot, Make a knot with both
ends of cord on the front side of the foot.
Carefully attach buttonhole foot to the ma-
chine taking care not to displace the cord.
