Selecting
the A/V memory
position
Your TV has four A/V memory
positions.
Each A/V memory
position
contains
preset
picture
and sound settings
to best suit the
type of program
you are watching.
You can adjust
the settings
for
these memories
as much as you like.
The four memories
are:
"Standard"
- - - normal
picture
and sourM
"Music" - - - vivid picture
and lively sound
"Movie" - - - soft picture
and strong
sound
'¢News"- - - optimized
for listening
to speech
in news programs

remote control.
The Main Menu
will appear
on the screen.
Use the ADJUST
buttons
to
select "Select A!V Memory."
Press ENTER.
You _ill see the Select A/V
Memory
screen.

O Use the ADJUST
buttons
to
select the desired
A/V memory
pos:ition.
You can press the ,CANCEL
button
to reset many of the
audio and video settings
for the
selected
A/V memory
position
to
their factory
settings.
Pressing
CANCEL
will not affect
changes
made to volume,
the
"Listen
to:" function
(Stereo/
SAiP/Mono), speaker
(off/on),
monil;or out (variable/fixed),
background
(black/gray),
and
clo,_ed captioning.
Press the MENU
button
to return
to the MAIN MF, NU.
A!V memory
positions
are specific to the currently
selected
input.
When you change your input,
the last AfV memory
position
used
with that input
is automatically
selected.
