This special feature
allows you to program
the TV to turn
on
automatically
at a specific time and to the channel
that you set. To
set the timer:

Press the MENU
button
on the
remote
control.
The Mare Menu
will appear
on the screen.
Use the ADJUST
buttons
to
selec_ "Advanced
Features."
Press ENTER.
You 'will see the "Advanced
Features"
screen. Use the
ADJUST
buttons
to select
"Set the Timer." Press ENTER.
Use the ADJUST
buttons
and
the ENTER
button
to set Day
(Mon-to-Fri,
Everyday,
Sun
Sat)_, Start time, Antenna,
and
Channel.
After ,,_etting the timer,
the
indicaLor will blink in green
when the TV is turned
off.
If you press the CANCEL
button
while setting
the timer,
the arrow will move to the
pre_rious item. To clear the
timer,
press CANCEL
with the
arrow next to "Day."
_Important:
When the timer turns
the TV on, the display
will flash. If you do
not press any remote
control buttons
w:ithin 5 minutes
after the TV
turns
on, the TV will automatically
turn off. Press a fu.nction
button
(such as the display button)
to keep the TV on and to turn
off the flashing
display.
