Setting the offset correction
For design reasons a pattern offset occurs between the
pattern-perfectly placed and the reversed breast selvage.
This offset is corrected by the stroke of cylinder 8.
–
After the trial sewing and execution ( turning over ) of the breast
selvage pocket it is essential to check its pattern.
–
Set cylinder 8 accordingly in its bracket.

Setting the throttle valves
–
Set throttles 9, 10, 11 and 12.
All movement should be rapid but not jerky.
