JAM REAR (at paper exit/in the face-up output tray)
(1). Use both hands to slowly pull the jammed paper from the paper exit.
Note
If a Duplex unit is on the printer, take it off the printer. After you pull out the jammed paper, put
the Duplex unit back on the printer.
(2). Open the face-up output tray.
