The accessory you added was not installed properly.
Your Duplex unit is not a DX-7000. Change to a DX-7000. Your Lower
tray is not an LT-7000. Change to an LT-7000. Your Mailbox unit is not
a MX-7000 series. Change to a MX-7000 series.
Open the top cover. Pull out the Drum unit assembly. Gently slide the
blue tab across several times.
The drum unit is almost at the end of life. Prepare a new drum unit.
Purchase a new toner cartridge and have it ready before you get a
TONER LIFE END message.
Replace the new toner cartridge.
Call your dealer for a replacement paper feeding kit.
