2. Removal from the printer
a. Fixing unit/scanner unit fan (FM1)
1) Remove the right rear and rear covers.
2) Remove the upper cover unit.
3) Disconnect the connector.

4) Disconnect the connector.
5) Remove the cable tie, and then remove
the cable from the cable guide.

6) Remove the cable from the guide.
7) Unhook the claw, then remove the fan
duct.

8) Remove the 2 screws, and then the
fixing unit/scanner unit fan.
