Follow the instructions on the screen as the diagnostic tests are run on
the devices. Record any error message numbers and have them
available when you contact your Compaq authorized dealer, reseller, or
service provider for assistance.
To exit either TEST or INSPECT, press the Esc key to reach the Exit option.
Then press Enter.
Reinstalling Your Software
If the preinstalled software on your workstation has been deleted, you can
install Windows NT Workstation 4.0, Compaq support software, and Compaq
utilities using SmartStart for Workstations. For more information about
SmartStart for Workstations, refer to the Software Installation Guide. There
are also online help files located on the SmartStart for Workstations CD.
Registration
Be sure to register your workstation with Compaq. Registration establishes a
record of ownership and gives you an opportunity to receive product
announcements, updates, and other communications periodically, if you
choose to do so.
