6.5 When the Error Light is on

When the Error Light (1) is ON or flashing, there is an error.
Confirm the error number that is shown on the Error Number Display
(2). This number indicates the cause of the error.

1 FLASH ROM Read/Write is full
Exceeds FLASH ROM Write Number
2 PCB Failure
3 EEPROM Error
4 Thermal Head is broken.
5 Head is not locked.
6 Out of Paper
7 The type of sensor or adjustment of
sensor is not appropriate.
8 Cutter is not connected or is not
installed correctly.
9 Out of ribbon
Ribbon is not installed correctly.
A Too much data is transferred from a
computer.
There is an error in the communication
condition settings on the computer.
