Advanced Security Profiles List for Access Point Groups
Note: Most networks do not require access point groups. See
for more information about Basic Settings for a typical network and Advanced
Settings for access point groups.
This page lets you edit up to eight Security Profiles for managed access points in the selected
group. The number of security profiles applied to managed access point depends on the supported
profiles per access point. Separate profiles are applied to 802.11b/bg/ng and 802.11a/na mode
radios.
To view or change Security Profiles for a specific access point group:
1. On the Configuration tab select Security > Advanced > Profile Settings:

2. Each Security Profile specifies:
•
Profile Name: The unique Profile name. This value can be up to 31 alphanumeric
characters.
•
SSID: The SSID associated with this profile.
•
Security: The security standard, such as WPA-PSK, associated with the profile.
•
VLAN: The VLAN ID associated with this security profile.
