2. Upper thread trimming knife

1. Turn off the power switch after the air cock

is closed and air pressure is confirmed to

be [0].

2. Detach the upper thread trimmer device by

loosening setscrew q and pull down the

device.

4. Detach fixed knife r, moving knife t,

upper knife guide e, and thread retention

plate y by pulling upper knife guide e

forward or backward.

* For attachment after replacement, follow

above steps the other way around from 4

to 1.
