Cylinder Head Installation
● Clean the cylinder head surface of any gasket
materials.
● Install the cam chain guide into the cylinder.
● Install the dowel pins and a new gasket.
● Install the cylinder head.
● Install the cam shaft.
● Install the engine into the frame(⇨ 5)
Camshaft Installation
● Install the rocker arm ring and rocker arm on
the camshaft holder.
● Coat the rocker arm shaft with engine oil and
installl it into the camshaft holder.
● Rotate the rocker arm shaft with a driver, align
the dowel pin hole and bolt hole of the cam
shaft holder and rocker arm shaft.
