Maintenance
Height Adjustment
● Adjust the brake pedal height to 10-20mm.
CAUTION
!
• The adjustment faulty of height may caused
that the brake runs in state of operation.
Loosen the lock nut, and then adjust the height
by turning the brake pedal stoper bolt. After
adjusting, tighten the lock nut securely.
• After adjusting the brake pedal height, inspect
the operation of rear brake light switch and
brake pedal, and adjust them if necessary.

Brake Stop Switch

● Adjust the brake light switch so that the brake
light may come on, when the brake pedal is
depressed, and brake engagement begin. Hold
the switch body and turn the adjusting nut.

Headlight Adjustment

● Adjust the headlight beam by turning the case
adjustment screw.
NOTE
• Adjust the headlight beam as specified by local
laws and regulations.
CAUTION
!
• An improperly adjusted headlight may blind on
coming drivers, or it may fail to light a road for
a safe distance.

Clutch

● Measure the clutch system free play at the end
of clutch lever.
Free Play: 10~20mm(0.393~0787 in)
