Avg Age (Hours)
The average number of hours since the release was created. The number is
useful for understanding the age of the release. This measure is valid for all
releases that do not have a Resolved or Closed state.
Avg Age (Minutes)
The average number of minutes since the release was created. The number
is useful for understanding the age of the release. This measure is valid for
all releases that do not have a Resolved or Closed state.
Avg Days To Resolve
The average number of days to resolve. This measure is valid for all releases
that have a Resolved or Closed state.
Avg Hours To Resolve
The average number of hours to resolve. This measure is valid for all releases
that have a Resolved or Closed status.
Avg Minutes To Resolve
The average number of minutes to resolve. This measure is valid for all
releases that have a Resolved or Closed status.
Avg Percent Complete
The average percentage that is complete.
Avg Risk Assessment
The average risk assessment score that was given to the releases that make
up the selected criteria.
Missed Scheduled Date Count
The number of releases that were not completed by the scheduled date.
Release Count
The total number of releases.
Closed Release Count
The total number of closed releases. This measure is valid for all problems
that have a Resolved or Closed status.
Contact Count
The number of users that are attached to this release. User types can be
different values, such as Affected User, Submitter, and Resolution Provider.
Open Release Count
The total number of open releases. This measure is valid for all releases that
do not have a Resolved or Closed status.
